\u5317\u7d04\u5728\u4fc4\u5883\u7684\u653b\u52e2\u96d6\u7136\u53d7\u5236\uff0c\u537b\u9084\u672a\u88ab\u6d88\u6ec5\u3002\u6709\u8aaa\u662f\u4fc4\u570b\u6545\u610f\u8a98\u6575\u6df1\u5165\u4ee5\u6c42\u6e05\u527f\uff0c\u5be6\u969b\u672a\u5fc5\u662f\u5982\u6b64\u8a08\u8b00\u3002\u4fc4\u8ecd\u529b\u6709\u4e0d\u902e\uff0c\u4e5f\u53cd\u6620\u8ecd\u968a\u7d50\u96c6\u9700\u6642\u3002\u4fc4\u570b\u7684\u5e03\u9632\u61c9\u8a72\u4e0d\u53ea\u91dd\u5c0d\u5eab\u723e\u65af\u514b\u7a81\u8972\u7684\u5317\u7d04\u8ecd\uff0c\u66f4\u8981\u9632\u7bc4\u5317\u7d04\u5728\u5eab\u723e\u65af\u514b\u4ee5\u5916\u7684\u7a81\u64ca\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4fc4\u570b\u7d44\u5efa\u908a\u5883\u5404\u5dde\u7684\u96c6\u5718\u8ecd\uff0c\u4ee5\u4f5c\u9632\u885e\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u5f62\u52e2\u9700\u8981\u6642\uff0c\u4f38\u5ef6\u5165\u76f8\u9023\u70cf\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">      \u53e6\u6709\u4e00\u8aaa\uff0c\u662f\u5317\u7d04\u5165\u4fb5\u7684\u8ecd\u968a\u4e0d\u6b62\u65bc\u4e00\u76f4\u8a8d\u70ba\u7684\u4e00\u842c\u591a\u4eba\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u4e8c\u3001\u4e09\u842c\u4eba\uff0c\u4e14\u8fd1\u65e5\u7e7c\u7e8c\u6709\u8ecd\u968a\u52a0\u5165\u3002\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u53ef\u80fd\u6700\u521d\u4f4e\u4f30\u4e86\u5317\u7d04\u5165\u4fb5\u7684\u5175\u529b\uff0c\u4e5f\u70ba\u7a69\u5b88\u5e03\u9632\uff0c\u53cd\u653b\u4e4b\u529b\u5f37\u5ea6\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u81f4\u5317\u7d04\u8ecd\u53ef\u4f54\u64da\u591a\u6642\u4e0d\u9000\u3002\u82e5\u5317\u7d04\u8ecd\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u5eab\u723e\u65af\u514b\u56fa\u5b88\u9663\u5730\uff0c\u4f5c\u7528\u4fbf\u4e0d\u50c5\u70ba\u7de9\u885d\u5340\u3001\u722d\u53d6\u8ac7\u5224\u6642\u7684\u7c4c\u78bc\uff0c\u66f4\u53ef\u6210\u70ba\u653b\u4fc4\u7684\u6a4b\u982d\u5821\uff0c\u5728\u9069\u7576\u6642\u5019\u4f5c\u5927\u8209\u4fb5\u4fc4\u7684\u5148\u5c0e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">      \u4fc4\u8ecd\u8981\u9a45\u8d95\u5317\u7d04\u7684\u90e8\u968a\uff0c\u5317\u7d04\u8981\u76e1\u91cf\u5805\u6301\u4e0d\u9000\uff0c\u5f9e\u70cf\u6771\u62bd\u8abf\u5175\u529b\u652f\u63f4\uff0c\u6230\u4e8b\u4fbf\u4e0d\u5982\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u6240\u8aaa\u90a3\u6a23\u9032\u5c55\u8fc5\u901f\uff0c\u53c8\u6210\u53e6\u4e00\u82e6\u6230\u4e4b\u6240\uff0c\u52dd\u6557\u6c7a\u5b9a\u65bc\u5728\u70cf\u570b\u5883\u5167\u7684\u706b\u529b\uff0c\u5eab\u723e\u65af\u514b\u7a81\u64ca\u5df2\u9010\u6b65\u8f49\u8b8a\uff0c\u70cf\u6771\u5317\u90e8\u7684\u5927\u6230\u5834\u652f\u63f4\u529b\u91cf\u591a\u5c11\uff0c\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u5c0d\u70cf\u5883\u5f8c\u52e4\u88dc\u7d66\u7684\u6253\u64ca\u600e\u6a23\uff0c\u9130\u8fd1\u5305\u62ec\u8607\u6885\u5340\u3001\u54c8\u723e\u79d1\u592b\u5dde\u548c\u6ce2\u5854\u74e6\u5dde\uff0c\u672a\u5fc5\u76f4\u63a5\u5a01\u8105\u57fa\u8f14\uff0c\u537b\u662f\u70cf\u8ecd\u5728\u70cf\u6771\u7684\u5f8c\u885e\u3002\u82e5\u4fc4\u8ecd\u53cd\u653b\uff0c\u897f\u51fa\u4f54\u64da\u8607\u6885\uff0c\u70cf\u6771\u7684\u70cf\u8ecd\u5df2\u9010\u6b65\u9000\u537b\uff0c\u4fc4\u8ecd\u9032\u8607\u6885\u4fbf\u53ef\u524d\u5f8c\u593e\u653b\uff0c\u628a\u70cf\u8ecd\u6253\u6557\uff0c\u4fc4\u70cf\u908a\u5883\u5730\u5340\u4fbf\u76e1\u6210\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u6240\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u4ee5\u6b64\u9032\u884c\u8ac7\u5224\uff0c\u70cf\u514b\u862d\u52e2\u88ab\u5206\u88c2\uff0c\u8207\u4e8c\u6b21\u5927\u6230\u5f8c\u7684\u6771\u897f\u5fb7\u6a21\u5f0f\u76f8\u8fd1\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u548c\u5317\u7d04\u53ef\u6703\u5bb9\u8a31\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u9006\u8f49\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p \u5eab\u723e\u65af\u514b\u7a81\u64ca\u5e36\u4f86\u4fc4\u8ecd\u53cd\u653b\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u3002\u5728\u5317\u7d04\u65b9\uff0c\u5fc5\u7136\u7528\u5168\u529b\u6c42\u53d6\u6230\u5834\u4e0a\u626d\u8f49\u6557\u5c40\u3002\u5728\u4fc4\u65b9\uff0c\u5fc5\u7136\u501f\u6a5f\u653b\u5165\u70cf\u5883\u8207\u70cf\u6771\u5175\u529b\u5408\u570d\uff0c\u5c0d\u70cf\u7684\u5927\u8086\u7a7a\u8972\u662f\u6253\u64ca\u5317\u7d04\u7684\u652f\u63f4\u529b\u91cf\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u70b8\u57fa\u8f14\u4ee5\u5a01\u5687\u70cf\u514b\u862d\u653f\u6b0a\u3002\u70cf\u6230\u53ea\u6703\u6108\u6253\u6108\u5287\u70c8\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u7e3d\u7d71\u9078\u8209\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c07\u4e4b\u963b\u6b62\u55ce\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ukraine\/Russia Conflict Worsen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On August 26, Russia launched a major bombing against military production facilities,  airports, and energy infrastructures in Ukraine to create a supply threat in the coming cold seasons, while simultaneously weakening Ukraine&#8217;s electricity supply and hindering its military operations. However, NATO has long turned its territory into a sanctuary for Ukrainian military warcraft, and neighboring countries are fully supporting Ukraine by supplying electricity. This NATO support offsets the damage caused by Russia, reducing the impact on Ukrainian military occupation as well as on its political, social, and daily life. Russia continues to emphasize that it does not attack civilian facilities, which, compared to Ukraine and NATO, reflects a self-imposed constraint, primarily adopting a passive defensive posture.<br><br>Although NATO&#8217;s offensive in Russian territory is constrained, it has not been eliminated. Some suggest that Russia is deliberately luring the enemy deeper to seek a cleanup, but this may not be the actual strategy. The Russian military&#8217;s capabilities are limited and reflect the time needed for troop mobilization. Russia&#8217;s defensive deployments should not only target the NATO forces in the Kursk raid but also guard against NATO assaults outside of Kursk. Therefore, Russia is forming group armies in its border regions for defense and could extend into adjacent Ukrainian territory if necessary.<br><br>There are claims that the invading NATO forces are not just the previously estimated tens of thousands, but possibly between 20,000 to 30,000, with additional troops joining recently. Russia may have initially underestimated the scale of the NATO invasion. Russian lacks sufficient defense capacity which allows NATO forces to hold positions for extended periods. If NATO can secure positions in Kursk, the occupied areas would not only be as a buffer zone and bargaining chip for negotiations but could also become a springboard for attacking Russia, leading to a larger scale invasion at certain time.<br><br>The Russian military aims to drive out NATO forces, while NATO strives to hold its ground, drawing troops from eastern Ukraine for support. The fight back is thus not progressing as quickly as Russia claims. The NATO invasion in Kursk turns into another bitter battle where victory or defeat is determined by firepower of Ukrainian side. The Kursk raid is gradually transforming; the support forces in the northeastern battlefield and the effectiveness of Russia&#8217;s logistical strikes against Ukraine are key factors. Regions neighboring Ukraine, including Sumy, Kharkiv, and Poltava, may not directly threaten Kyiv, but they serve as rear support for Ukrainian forces in the east. If the Russian military counterattacks and occupies Sumy, the Ukrainian forces in the east could gradually retreat, allowing the Russian army to surround and defeat NATO invaders. This would mean that the border regions between Russia and Ukraine would come under Russian control which facilitates negotiations. Ukraine could end up divided, resembling the post-World War II model of East and West Germany. Would the United States and NATO allow such a reversal?<br><br>The Kursk raid presents an opportunity for a Russian counteroffensive. NATO will undoubtedly exert all efforts to turn the tide on the battlefield. On the Russian side, there will be attempts to penetrate Ukrainian territory and encircle Ukrainian forces in the east. Large-scale airstrikes against Ukraine aim to undermine NATO&#8217;s supporting power, including bombing Kyiv to intimidate the Ukrainian government. The conflict in Ukraine is only becoming more intense.
